At Urban Hustler, we want you to love what you wear. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how to proceed.

1. Returns & Exchanges Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- All return/exchange requests must be submitted within this period.
- After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. (BLUORNG)
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
✔ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
✔ All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
✔ Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

3. What Can Be Returned / Exchanged
Eligible for return or exchange:
- Size mismatch
- Defective or damaged items (verified by our quality team)
Not eligible:
- Products that are worn, washed, altered, or missing tags
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

In your message, include:
Order number
Reason for return/exchange
Photos showing the product and tags

5. Return Shipping
- For exchanges due to size or defect, we will guide you on the return process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchange & Refund Options
Exchange
- If approved, you may exchange for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or promo code equal to the value of the returned item.
- Cash refunds or refunds to the original payment source are not generally offered.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
✔ Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Email photos of the issue to care@urbanhustlers.in.
✔ We will arrange a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified. (BLUORNG)
8. Timeframes
- Returns and exchanges are typically completed within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- Store credits or promo codes are issued once the product passes quality inspection.
